This is one of my go to workouts when I’m short on time. I call it the 3-4-5 workout.

Perform 3 squats 4 push-ups and 5 burpees in a continuous circuit for a prescribed number of rounds or set a timer and see how many rounds you can do in the allotted time.

Either way you will get into outstanding shape.
