What's up guys, Coach Nez here today with Blue Star Nutraceuticals and this week’s Faster Fat Loss workout! Today I’m running you through a total bodyweight fat loss challenge, using just a select few exercises to crank up your metabolism and chisel out your abs.

Workout Info:

There’s no better way to challenge yourself than when you are your only competition. And that’s exactly what today’s workout challenge is all about.

See for this workout, you’ll perform 4 exercises in circuit fashion and complete 10 reps of each exercise.

That means you’ll perform 10 reps of exercise one then move on to exercise two and repeat until all 4 exercises are done.

You will have up to 90 seconds to rest and rehydrate with AminoFast between rounds before repeating the entire circuit.

Your goal is to complete as many rounds as possible before you drop.

If you make it 5 rounds, consider yourself a novice - you’ve got room to improve.

Last 10 rounds, you’re a well-conditioned intermediate.

15 rounds or more? You’re in the ranks of elite conditioning and performance!

Now take a few minutes to make sure you’re good and warmed up with some full body dynamic movements, then let’s get to it!
