800 meter run

Then burpee pull-up pyramid 

1 burpee run 60 meters to a pull-up bar. Do one pull up. Run back to the burpee area and do two burpees then two pull-ups. Continue till you can’t go any higher, then go back down. 

Then 800 meter run.
