Here’s a full-body, bodyweight cardio burner to gain strength, build some muscle and lose body fat simultaneously.

32 min TABATA - Alternate exercises in each Tabata circuit for 8 total rounds. Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. After you finish circuit 1, rest 2 mins before moving onto circuit 2 & so on. Each circuit should take 8 minutes.
