This is a quick and effective Bodyweight Circuit to help get you lean and functional. Perform 3 exercises, at a duration of 40 seconds each, back to back. Once all three are complete, take a 40 seconds break and then repeat until all 6 rounds are done.


NOTE: You will be doing the same for every round.
