The 5 Move Dumbbell Abs Workout focuses purely on your core muscles with an emphasis on cardiovascular endurance as well. These 5 movements are sufficient to make your core stronger. All you need is a pair of dumbbells. You can perform this at your gym or from the comfort of your home.


Perform all 5 exercises for a duration of 40 seconds each. Rest for 20 seconds in between exercises. When you complete all exercises, once each, you complete one round. Aim for a total of 4-5 rounds.
